Oh snap! Here we go again!

This is the Second mix to my workout playlist. These are songs that push you so hard that ... that... I don't know someone's gonna get hurt though. Highly advised, that you throw these on your Ipod.

Headstrong - Trapt
This song is included in everyones "How to be Hardcore Kit". This is a blatant workout song. When you say workout song, this should be thought off. "Headstrong! I'll take on anyone!"

Prison Song - System of the Down
As you know, I like System of the Down. They always have a message and they always say it in a way the demands attention. These guys yell and they want you to listen. But they're also good songs to workout to. You won't be disappointed. If you are, then I'll be disappointed.

People - Slipknot
While hearing this song, you'll either want to workout stronger or kill someone. Maybe. I don't know if your crazy... But if you fall into the first category, then you'll workout will be increased tenfold. Your blood pressure is going up, the adrenaline is going up, the weight is going up.

Lithium - Nirvana
This one is the wildest song on the list, but it's Nirvana and you can listen to them anytime. Why not when you're working out. You can't find a reason? There is no reason why. If you happen to listen the lyrics between your grunts and yells you will enjoy it. Trust me.

Motorhead - Ace of Spades
This is good one. This is an easy inclusion, but you gotta listen to this one when your doing a fast circuit workout or something. No long rest intervals with this one. It's hardcore guys.

New Noise - Refused

I just heard of this one. Glad I heard it.

Toxicity - System of the Down
Last but not least. Check out my other post, Workout Music - System of the Down for more info.
