Ladies and gentlemen, I give you, CRUNK!
Yall nano ain't nuthin till you get it crunk.
Sometimes I don't like to listen to hip hop music when I workout because it has too much rhythm, and I don't have any rhythm in my workouts. It's usually ecletic and dangerous. However, there are some tracks that help me max out. Take a look at one of my hip hop playlist. This is the Dirty South one which inlcudes southern rappers. It's heavy in bass and southern drawl. Enjoy.
Fireman - Lil Wayne
(This song will get you pumped to workout even if your whole body sore. I don't care if you didn't stretch after working out so your in the bed aching. From the beginning this song wakes you outta of a coma.)

Big Thangs Poppin - T.I.
If there is one song that will get you to go for it, it is this song! It reminds of that quote, "You can only accomplish in proportion to what you attempt. The reason so little is accomplished is generally because so little is attempted." Get this song.
Best Rapper Alive - Lil Wayne
This is a song of domination. This is a song for all those haters out there. It's time to tell them what up. No more beating around the bush. I'm AM THE BEST
Hustlin - Rick Ross
A nice song to keep you lifting. "Hustle real hard, hustle hustle REAL HARD!"
Out Here Grindin - DJ Khaled
Like the song above, this song is a tribute to hard work. Akon sings his heart out as a diverse cast of southern rappers give it to the track.
Independent - Webbie
This song is for them independent women out there. But anyways, it has great bass.
Round Here - Memphis Bleek
Round Here - Memphis Bleek
Such a serious song here guys. No playing around when this is on. Just do work.
Phone Home - Lil Wayne
Kind of a goofy beat on this one, but the message is the same; moving away from the pack. Being Different. Rising above.
U Got A Problem - Ludacris
Oh boy! Such a confrontational song, but what better time is there for such emotion. Pump this one when you need that audio testoterone.
I know there's more but for now did I miss any songs. What do you listen to?
