Feats of Fitness

It seems when you hang out with guys who workout, you usually come across the the question, "What do you bench?" It's either this or other boring statistics that determine society's view of your fitness. Superman didn't get his name from the amount of weight he could bench (although it was probably a lot) or from his deadlift max. He got it from being able to leap tall buildings in a single bound or even flying.
However, regular individuals can do cool things that astound people today and prove themselves to be super-fit. Check out these feats of fitness. Can you do any of these?
Jump Over a Car
Vertical leap is an excellent indicator of your leg power. However, you very rarely find anyone who can leap over a stationary car. In fact, try typing, "jump over car" in youtube and see how many legitamate successes you find. Not many.... Here's one by Tony Jaa in the movie Ong Bak. Oh and he does a lot of other "impossible" things in this clip. How....?
Planche Pushup
I thought I'd be able to do this one, but I failed horribly. The amount of stress put on your chest and arms is suprising. However, it's good to know that there is such a tough body weight exercise out there. Although, it seems to be a lot about balance. It doesn't even seem possible, but seeing is believing.
Two Finger Pushups
I remember when I was the only kid in my 6th grade class who could do clapping pushups. Then I remember I was the only one in middle school who could do a one handed pushup. Then I saw this video and got owned. Bruce could do them, but I guess now it's becoming widespread.
Muscle ups
The name says it itself. It's hard to describe what these are without looking at it, but it looks like a dip, from the front. Does that make sense? Anyways, in this video they do muscle ups and freesytle pullups.
One- inch punch
Basically generating enough power to deliver a substantial blow to someone from one-inch. This is obvously the hardest of these feats of fitness to accomplish. Who did this? None other than the legend himself.
If you can do just one of these feats of fitness than you deserve some merit.
