Celebrity Fit List - Old School

I was watching American Gladiators (the old one) the other day and I was thinking, man I remember looking up to them in regards to my fitness goals when I was little kid. Of course, they weren't the only ones. Let's take a trip down memory lane.....

Sabre - American Gladiators
Sabre was off the chain and he didn't play. That's the impression I got from him. He wasn't the only black gladiator on American Gladiators but he was the one I looked up to; he was "cooler" than Gemini. He also played Jax in Mortal Kombat. After that it was wrap; he was the man.

Kiana Tom - Kiana's Flex Appeal

So nice, so nice. The cool thing about Kiana's show was that she didn't focus on aerobics and yoga like most women fitness tv host. She would be all about body building and cross training. She was and still is one of the hottest fitness models.

Bruce Lee

Obviously, one of the greatest. He's so good he has myths and legends surrounding his life (how he died, touch of death, etc.) He was the definition of ripped. Furthermore, he always included in a barber shop, schoolyard, or bar discussion of greatest fighters. A hero for ectomorphs everywhere.

The Rock
In his words, the Rock was "the most electrifying man in sports entertainment". I remember regarding him as a pure legend. Even though the wrestling matches he had were for fun, his fitness was serious business. Like most professional wrestlers, The Rock had a very muscular figure, and I definitely use his shape as a goal. It wasn't Ronnie Coleman, but it would turn heads. That's what I want.

Lucy Lawless

She was obviously in shape yall. She was fighting greek gods and junk. Look.

Hopefully you enjoyed this trip down memory lane. I miss Kiana :(
